Job Description

  1. Leadership & Team Management

    • Lead teams of customer service representatives, order management specialists, and team leads.

    • Set performance goals, conduct appraisals, and drive employee engagement.

    • Build a culture of accountability, customer focus, and continuous improvement.

  2. Order Operations Oversight

    • Manage order processing, fulfillment, and logistics coordination.

    • Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant order delivery.

    • Monitor KPIs like order accuracy, SLA compliance, cycle time, and customer satisfaction.

  3. Customer Experience Management

    • Ensure high-quality service across all customer touchpoints.

    • Handle escalated issues and critical customer complaints.

    • Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and product teams to improve customer outcomes.

  4. Strategic Planning & Process Improvement

    • Develop and implement strategic plans for India customer care operations.

    • Identify process inefficiencies and implement automation or technology solutions.

    • Drive cost optimization while maintaining service quality.

  5. Stakeholder Management

    • Coordinate with global operations, finance, IT, and supply chain teams.

    • Provide reports and insights to senior leadership on operational performance and KPIs.
