Compliance & Safety
Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and safety standards in all technical operations.
Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for safe operations.
Team Coordination
Work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, QA/QC, and production.
Train and mentor junior technical staff in technical procedures and best practices.
Project Support
Support new product development or scale-up projects with technical guidance.
Assist in equipment qualification, validation, and maintenance activities.
