Job Description

1. Strategic Planning & Business Growth

Formulate and implement strategies to improve regional/city operations and business performance.

Develop growth plans for partner acquisition (driver/vehicle partners) and customer base expansion.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to guide strategy and operational decisions.

2. Operational Management

Ensure smooth functioning of operations across multiple units or cities.

Optimize delivery operations, logistics efficiency, and resource utilization.

Implement and monitor SOPs, workflows, and operational best practices.

3. Team Leadership & People Management

Lead and mentor managers and teams across functions.

Set performance targets, review team performance, and provide guidance.

Build capabilities within the team to sustain operational excellence.

4. Data Analytics & Reporting

Track KPIs such as supply-demand balance, partner/customer retention, delivery success rates, and revenue metrics.

Prepare reports and dashboards for senior leadership and stakeholders.

Use data to make informed decisions and identify improvement areas.
