Role Summary:
Responsible for picking up and delivering groceries and essentials to customers safely and on time.
Responsibilities:
Collect orders from Zepto hubs/warehouses.
Deliver items promptly to customers’ doorsteps.
Handle digital payments via the Zepto app.
Follow traffic and safety regulations.
Maintain polite and professional customer interaction.
Eligibility:
Age: 18–55 years
Education: Minimum 10th pass (some hubs allow below 10th)
Vehicle: Bike, cycle, or e-bike with valid documents
Must have Aadhaar, PAN, bank account, and smartphone
