Role Summary:
Delivery Partners are responsible for ensuring quick and safe delivery of groceries and daily essentials from Zepto hubs to customers’ doorsteps.
Key Duties:
Pick, carry, and deliver customer orders within given time.
Use mobile app for navigation and order updates.
Handle customer interactions politely.
Follow traffic and safety rules.
Eligibility:
Age: 18–55 years
Education: Minimum 10th Pass (some hubs accept below 10th)
Vehicle: Bike, cycle, or e-bike with valid papers
Documents: Aadhaar, PAN, Bank Account, Driving License
Must own a smartphone
