Manage daily delivery schedules and routes.
Collect COD (Cash on Delivery) payments and update records.
Coordinate with warehouse staff and supervisors for smooth operations.
Report delays, customer complaints, or operational issues promptly.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; graduates preferred.
Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic smartphone and navigation app usage (Google Maps, etc.).
Physical fitness for handling packages.
Experience: Fresher friendly; prior delivery or courier experience is a plus.
