Parcel Pickup & Delivery
Collect parcels from the DTDC office, hub, or franchise outlet.
Deliver parcels safely and on time to customers’ addresses.
Obtain signatures or proof of delivery (POD) from recipients.
Route & Time Management
Plan daily delivery routes to optimize time and fuel.
Ensure adherence to delivery schedules.
Customer Interaction
Communicate politely and professionally with customers.
Handle basic customer queries regarding delivery status.
Parcel Handling & Safety
Handle parcels with care to prevent damage.
Verify the content and condition of parcels before delivery.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain delivery logs and update the system with delivered/pending parcels.
Report any undelivered, lost, or damaged parcels to the supervisor.
Coordination with Operations
Coordinate with the logistics hub or office for new assignments.
Assist in warehouse or loading/unloading when needed.
