The Delivery Boy plays a vital role in the supply chain by making sure products reach customers on time and in good condition. Deliveries may include food, groceries, parcels, or other items, depending on the company.
Collect orders from the pickup location (restaurants, stores, warehouses).
Deliver items to customers’ homes or offices as per schedule.
Use mobile apps or maps to find the best route.
Manage cash on delivery or digital payment collection.
Provide friendly service and maintain professionalism with customers.
Report any delivery issues to the support team.
Education: 10th pass or above (basic schooling).
Age: 18–45 years.
Must own a bike/scooter with valid license, RC, and insurance.
Smartphone with internet connection.
Local area knowledge is an added advantage.
Navigation & route knowledge.
