Job Description

Customer Service Executive (CSE)

Greet and assist customers visiting the branch.

Handle account opening, passbook updates, cheque books, debit/credit card requests.

Solve customer queries and provide support.

2. Sales Officer (Loans / Credit Cards /CASA Accounts)

Meet new customers and promote bank products (Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance, Savings/Current Accounts).

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Conduct field visits and marketing activities.

3. Relationship Manager (Personal /Wealth / Busir Banking)
Wealth / Business Banking)

Manage high-value customer relationships.

Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products (FD, RD, Investments, Insurance).

Focus on customer satisfaction and long-term retention.

4. Cashier / Teller

Handle cash deposits and withdrawals.

Process cheques and maintain daily cash balance.

Ensure security of cash transactions and detect frauds.

5. Branch Manager

Oversee complete branch operations and staff.

Handle audits, compliance, and reporting.

6. Credit Analyst / Loan Officer

Verify loan applicant documents and credit history.

Assess eligibility and repayment capacity.

Recommend loan approval or rejection.

7. Operations Executive

Manage back-office processes like KYC, account opening, and document verification.

Prepare MIS reports.

Ensure compliance with banking regulations.

8. IT & Digital Banking Specialist

Maintain mobile banking, net banking, and payment systems.
