A Customer Service Associate handles customer queries, resolves delivery-related issues, and ensures smooth communication between customers and Delhivery’s operations team.
Attend calls, emails, and chats from customers
Track shipments and update delivery status
Resolve customer complaints or escalate when needed
Maintain service records and daily reports
Ensure SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards are achieved
Strong communication (English/Hindi/local language)
Patience and customer-first approach
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)
Ability to multitask and handle pressure
Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
