A Customer Service Associate handles customer queries, resolves delivery-related issues, and ensures smooth communication between customers and Delhivery’s operations team.


📌 2. Roles & Responsibilities Format

  • Attend calls, emails, and chats from customers

  • Track shipments and update delivery status

  • Resolve customer complaints or escalate when needed

  • Maintain service records and daily reports

  • Ensure SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards are achieved


🎯 3. Skills & Requirements Format

  • Strong communication (English/Hindi/local language)

  • Patience and customer-first approach

  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)

  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure

  • Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
