A Customer Service Associate at Delhivery is responsible for assisting customers with their shipment-related queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and the logistics team.

  • Handle inbound & outbound calls, emails, and chats

  • Provide parcel tracking and shipment status updates

  • Resolve customer complaints or escalate to higher teams

  • Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions

  • Meet service targets like SLA, TAT, and quality standards


🎯 3. Skills & Qualifications

  • Good communication skills (English/Hindi/local language)

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
