A Customer Service Associate at Delhivery is responsible for assisting customers with their shipment-related queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and the logistics team.
Handle inbound & outbound calls, emails, and chats
Provide parcel tracking and shipment status updates
Resolve customer complaints or escalate to higher teams
Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions
Meet service targets like SLA, TAT, and quality standards
Good communication skills (English/Hindi/local language)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Patience and customer-first approach
Ability to multitask and problem-solve
12th pass / Graduate preferred
