Job Description

About the Role:
As a CSA, you will be the first point of contact for customers, resolving shipment queries, handling complaints, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and Delhivery’s operations team.

  • Answer customer queries via phone, email, and chat

  • Track parcels and update customers on shipment status

  • Resolve delivery-related issues and escalate when necessary

  • Maintain accurate customer service logs and reports

  • Ensure SLAs and service targets are achieved
