About the Role:
As a CSA, you will be the first point of contact for customers, resolving shipment queries, handling complaints, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and Delhivery’s operations team.
Answer customer queries via phone, email, and chat
Track parcels and update customers on shipment status
Resolve delivery-related issues and escalate when necessary
Maintain accurate customer service logs and reports
Ensure SLAs and service targets are achieved
Strong communication (English/Hindi/local language)
Problem-solving & multitasking ability
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Patience & customer-focused mindset
Team collaboration
