Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Track parcels and provide real-time updates
Escalate delivery issues to operations when required
Maintain records of customer interactions
Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs
Strong communication (English/Hindi/local language)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Problem-solving ability
