Summary:
Responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving shipment-related issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Acts as the bridge between customers and operations teams.
Manage inbound & outbound calls, emails, and chats
Track orders and update customers about shipment status
Resolve delivery complaints & escalate when needed
Record and maintain customer service logs & reports
Ensure SLAs and KPIs are met consistently
Excellent verbal & written communication
Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools
Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
Strong problem-solving attitude
