Job Description

A Customer Service Associate at Delhivery helps customers by resolving shipment issues, answering queries, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the operations team.


📌 2. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle calls, emails, or chat support for customer inquiries

  • Track parcels and resolve delivery issues/delays

  • Escalate complaints to higher teams when required

  • Maintain service level agreements (SLAs)

  • Prepare basic reports on customer queries & resolutions

  • Strong communication (Hindi/English/local language)
