Focused on selling HDFC Bank credit cards to new and existing customers. Generate leads through: Field visits (corporates, retail markets, residential areas). Tele-calling & referral networks. Branch walk-ins & events. Explain product features, benefits, fees, and offers of different HDFC credit cards. Assist customers with application forms, KYC documents, and eligibility checks. Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Coordinate with backend teams for application processing and activation. Provide after-sales support for initial usage, billing, and customer queries. Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and HDFC Bank policies.
Fixed salary + high incentives/commissions (per approved card). Medical insurance, Provident Fund, Gratuity, Leave benefits (for on-roll employees).
