Job Description

Manage corporate clients / business accounts assigned by the bank.

Act as a single point of contact for all banking needs of corporate customers.

Acquire new corporate relationships (SMEs, large enterprises, institutions).

Offer tailored banking solutions:

Corporate Current Accounts.

Cash Management Services (CMS).

Trade Finance (LCs, Bank Guarantees).

Forex & Treasury solutions.

Corporate Loans, Overdrafts, Working Capital finance.

Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Achieve assigned business & revenue targets through cross-selling.

Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and risk assessments.

Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, KYC/AML norms, and internal policies.

Coordinate with product teams, operations, and senior managers for smooth service delivery.
