Corporate Governance & Compliance:

Board & Committee Management:
Organize and manage board meetings, committee meetings, and annual general meetings (AGMs).

Maintain statutory registers, records, and other company documents.

Advisory & Strategic Support:
Provide guidance on mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, and corporate strategies.
Assist in risk management and legal matters related to corporate governance.
Liaison & Communication:
Act as a link between the company, shareholders, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders.
Respond to queries from regulators and shareholders.
Policy & Procedure Development:
Develop internal policies to ensure compliance with corporate laws and governance standards.
Monitor implementation and effectiveness of these policies.
