Support branch managers in achieving targets and improving customer experience.
Team Leadership & Management
Lead and mentor branch managers or unit heads.
Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching/training.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
Strategic Planning & Execution
Implement corporate strategies, promotions, and initiatives at the cluster level.
Provide feedback to senior management on market trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Plan expansion, resource deployment, or optimization for the cluster.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare reports on sales, operations, KPIs, and employee performance.
Monitor branch-level metrics such as revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
Handle escalated customer complaints or issues within the cluster.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, vendors, and local partners.
