Job Description

Clinical Trial Planning & Management

Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for clinical studies.

Define study objectives, endpoints, and protocol requirements.

Team Coordination & Leadership

Lead cross-functional teams including clinical research associates (CRAs), data managers, and biostatisticians.

Monitor team performance and provide guidance to ensure project milestones are met.

Regulatory Compliance

Ensure clinical trials comply with GCP, ICH guidelines, and local regulations.

Prepare and review regulatory documents and submissions.

Monitoring & Risk Management

Identify potential risks in study execution and implement mitigation strategies.

Track study progress, budgets, and site performance.

Data Oversight & Reporting

Review clinical data for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to protocol.

Prepare reports and communicate updates to sponsors and stakeholders.

Vendor & Site Management

Manage relationships with clinical trial sites, CROs, and other vendors.

Negotiate contracts and ensure quality deliverables.
