Job Description

  • Process Supervision: Oversee and manage chemical processes involved in the production of pharmaceutical products, ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

  • Batch Production: Prepare and execute batch manufacturing of products, including accurate weighing, mixing, heating, cooling, and filling of raw materials as per approved formulations.

  • Quality Control: Conduct in-process quality checks during various stages of production to ensure product consistency and quality.

  • Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate documentation, including batch records, logbooks, and production reports, to comply with regulatory requirements.

  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure proper functioning and cleanliness of production equipment, coordinating with the maintenance team for any issues.

  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards to maintain a safe working environment.

  • Training: Provide training to junior chemists and production operators on procedures and safety standards.
