Monitor partner performance and suggest business improvement strategies.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing franchise owners.
Provide continuous training and operational support to partners.
Resolve franchise-related issues quickly and professionally.
Market Development
Conduct area mapping to identify potential for business expansion.
Analyze competition and suggest marketing strategies to improve DTDC’s market share.
Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with internal departments like Operations, Accounts, and Customer Support for partner assistance.
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales and business reports to senior management.
