Job Description

  1. Channel / Franchise Development

    • Identify and onboard new franchisees or channel partners in assigned regions.

    • Conduct meetings and presentations to explain DTDC’s business model and benefits.

    • Ensure proper documentation and compliance during franchise setup.

  2. Sales & Revenue Achievement

    • Drive sales through the existing franchise network and ensure revenue targets are met.

    • Promote DTDC’s courier, logistics, and express services to partners and corporate clients.

    • Monitor partner performance and suggest business improvement strategies.

  3. Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing franchise owners.

    • Provide continuous training and operational support to partners.

    • Resolve franchise-related issues quickly and professionally.

  4. Market Development

    • Conduct area mapping to identify potential for business expansion.

    • Analyze competition and suggest marketing strategies to improve DTDC’s market share.

  5. Coordination & Reporting

    • Coordinate with internal departments like Operations, Accounts, and Customer Support for partner assistance.

    • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales and business reports to senior management.
