Client Interaction & Consultation
Meet clients to understand their catering requirements.
Conduct site visits, tastings, and presentations to showcase offerings.
Provide expert guidance on menu selection, event themes, and pricing options.
Proposal & Contract Management
Prepare and present quotations and proposals.
Negotiate terms, finalize contracts, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Maintain accurate sales records and report performance metrics to management.
Event Coordination Support
Collaborate with operations, culinary, and service teams to ensure flawless event execution.
Address client queries and manage special requests.
Market Research & Promotion
Keep up-to-date with catering trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
Work with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and materials.
Salary: Competitive base salary (in India, usually ₹20,000–₹40,000 per month for entry-level; can go higher with experience or in premium hotels/events).
Performance Incentives/Commission: Often includes commissions or bonuses based on sales targets achieved.
