Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Business Development

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve catering revenue targets.

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate clients, weddings, and social events.

    • Maintain and expand existing client relationships.

  2. Client Interaction & Consultation

    • Meet clients to understand their catering requirements.

    • Conduct site visits, tastings, and presentations to showcase offerings.

    • Provide expert guidance on menu selection, event themes, and pricing options.

  3. Proposal & Contract Management

    • Prepare and present quotations and proposals.

    • Negotiate terms, finalize contracts, and ensure timely follow-ups.

    • Maintain accurate sales records and report performance metrics to management.

  4. Event Coordination Support

    • Collaborate with operations, culinary, and service teams to ensure flawless event execution.

    • Address client queries and manage special requests.

  5. Market Research & Promotion

    • Keep up-to-date with catering trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.

    • Work with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and materials.
