Job Description

Campaign Planning

 
Understand company goals, target audiences, and marketing objectives.
 
Develop campaign concepts, timelines, and budgets.
 
Coordinate with creative and media teams to finalize campaign themes and assets.
 
Execution
 
Launch and manage campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, outdoor, email, etc.).
 
Oversee production of advertising materials like videos, social media posts, and print creatives.
 
Work with vendors, partners, and internal departments for seamless execution.
 
Performance Tracking
 
Monitor campaign performance metrics — impressions, clicks, conversions, engagement rate, ROI, etc.
 
Generate campaign performance reports and present insights to management.
 
Suggest optimizations based on data (A/B testing, audience segmentation, etc.).
 
Coordination & Collaboration
 
Work closely with the Creative Team, Marketing Head, Sales, and Product Teams.
 
Liaise with advertising agencies, media planners, and influencers.
 
Ensure consistency in brand messaging.
