Acquire new HNI / Affluent clients through references, market activities, and branch leads.
Maintain and grow a portfolio of existing BBWC customers.
Conduct regular reviews of client portfolios to identify opportunities.
Provide financial planning and investment advisory services.
Offer wealth products like mutual funds, insurance, fixed income, PMS, structured products, bonds, etc.
Ensure clients diversify portfolios and achieve financial goals.
Achieve monthly/quarterly targets on wealth products, CASA balances, loans, and fee income.
Cross-sell banking services (credit cards, loans, digital products).
Increase share of wallet and branch profitability.
Deliver premium service experience to HNI clients.
Handle customer queries, grievances, and provide quick resolutions.
Build strong client relationships to drive loyalty and referrals.
Ensure strict adherence to KYC, AML, and regulatory guidelines.
Follow internal credit/risk policies for lending products.
Maintain documentation and audit readiness for all client transactions.
Work with branch teams, product managers, and wealth specialists to serve client needs.
Participate in promotional campaigns, investment seminars, and client events.
