Job Description

1️⃣ Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, databases, and networking.

  • Generate qualified leads by cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach (LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Schedule meetings and product demos with prospects.

  • Maintain a steady sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.


2️⃣ Sales & Client Acquisition

  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to new and existing clients.

  • Understand client requirements and offer customized business solutions.

  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations or proposals.

  • Handle negotiations, objections, and close deals to achieve monthly targets.


3️⃣ Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and support.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) for seamless client onboarding.


4️⃣ Market Research & Strategy

  • Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify new business trends.
