Research industry trends and competitor activities.
Sales Support
Pitch company services (logistics, warehousing, transportation, customs solutions).
Prepare presentations, proposals, quotations under guidance of senior staff.
Follow up with leads and inquiries.
Client Relationship Management
Maintain contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
Upsell / cross-sell additional services.
Coordination with Internal Teams
Work with operations, accounts, and customer service to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain CRM records, prepare sales reports, update pipeline status.
