Job Description / Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting

    • Identify potential clients through cold calls, networking, referrals, databases, online portals, etc.

    • Research industry trends and competitor activities.

  • Sales Support

    • Pitch company services (logistics, warehousing, transportation, customs solutions).

    • Prepare presentations, proposals, quotations under guidance of senior staff.

    • Follow up with leads and inquiries.

  • Client Relationship Management

    • Maintain contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction.

    • Upsell / cross-sell additional services.

  • Coordination with Internal Teams

    • Work with operations, accounts, and customer service to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

  • Reporting & Documentation

    • Maintain CRM records, prepare sales reports, update pipeline status.
