Job Description

  1. Client Acquisition & Lead Generation

  • Identify potential customers (individual or corporate) through networking, referrals, and campaigns.

  • Pitch HSBC’s banking solutions (accounts, loans, deposits, cards, wealth products).

  • Convert prospects into long-term customers.

  1. Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture strong client relationships.

  • Understand customer needs and provide customized banking solutions.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  1. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Achieve assigned sales / business targets.

  • Drive cross-selling and up-selling of multiple HSBC products.

  • Increase customer portfolio value through consistent engagement.

  1. Onboarding & Support

  • Guide clients through onboarding (account opening, KYC, activation).

  • Ensure smooth transition into HSBC’s digital and service platforms.

  1. Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure all customer interactions comply with KYC, AML, and HSBC regulatory policies.

  • Maintain accurate records and reports.

  1. Collaboration

  • Work with internal teams (product, operations, risk, marketing) to deliver tailored solutions.
