Job Description

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:

Identify, contact, and onboard new customers (SMEs, corporate clients, or individual users) for Porter’s logistics services.
Handle cold calling, walk-ins, and referrals.
 
Vendor / Driver Partner Onboarding:
Register and train new vendor partners or driver associates on Porter’s platform and app usage.
Ensure compliance with quality and service standards.
 
Operational Coordination:
Work with the operations team to ensure timely pickup and delivery, track shipments, and resolve on-ground issues.
 
Performance Monitoring:
Track and analyze key business metrics — partner activity, conversion rates, and client satisfaction.
Report daily / weekly performance updates to senior management.
 
Market Research & Expansion:
Identify new business opportunities and potential service areas.
Gather market feedback to improve Porter’s service offerings.
 
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and ensure retention.
