We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our BPO team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, provide information about products or services, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Make outbound calls to customers for sales, follow-ups, or feedback.
Handle inbound customer queries via phone.
Provide accurate information about products/services.
Maintain customer database and update records.
Resolve customer issues or escalate to the supervisor.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Follow call scripts and communication guidelines.
Good communication skills (English, Hindi or regional language)
Basic computer knowledge (CRM/data entry)
Customer service orientation
Ability to handle pressure and targets
Confidence and positive attitude
Active listening
Basic medical insurance (some companies offer group insurance)
