Job Description

Method Development & Validation

Develop and optimize analytical methods (e.g., LC-MS/MS, HPLC, immunoassays) for quantifying drugs and metabolites.

Validate methods according to regulatory guidelines (GLP/GCP/GCLP).

Sample Analysis & Data Management

Analyze biological samples (plasma, serum, urine, tissues) from preclinical and clinical studies.

Maintain accurate and complete documentation of results, including data analysis and interpretation.

Regulatory Compliance

Ensure all activities meet internal SOPs and regulatory standards.

Participate in audits and inspections by regulatory authorities.

Collaboration & Reporting

Work closely with pharmacokinetics, toxicology, and clinical teams.

Prepare technical reports and present findings to project teams.

Continuous Improvement

Stay updated on advances in bioanalytical technologies and implement best practices.

Troubleshoot analytical issues and propose solutions.
