We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Barista to prepare and serve high-quality beverages and café items. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and drinks, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Greet customers warmly and take their beverage/food orders.
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, milkshakes, smoothies, and other specialty drinks as per recipes.
Assist in making bakery accompaniments (like plating pastries or cakes).
Operate brewing equipment, blenders, grinders, and POS systems.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of beverages.
Keep the work area, equipment, and utensils clean and sanitized.
Maintain stock of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and café supplies.
Suggest menu items, upsell pastries/desserts, and promote seasonal specials.
Handle customer feedback and resolve minor complaints politely.
Follow health, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
