Analyze business division profitability (retail banking, corporate banking, treasury, etc.).
Track planned vs actual performance and provide variance explanations.
Highlight risks, trends, and opportunities to senior management.
Fund Transfer Pricing (FTP)
Support calculation of internal cost of funds for bank products.
Allocate revenues/expenses fairly across divisions to reflect true profitability.
Reporting & Presentations
Prepare management reports, dashboards, and MIS for CFO and leadership.
Deliver insights for strategic initiatives (new products, branch expansions, digital strategy).
Process Improvements
Automate reporting processes where possible (Excel, Power BI, ERP tools).
Enhance accuracy and efficiency of forecasting models.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with product heads, treasury, operations, and risk teams.
Liaise with auditors and compliance where financial controls intersect.
