As a Back Office Assistant, you will support the organization by managing administrative, clerical, and data-related tasks. This role is crucial in ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with different teams to maintain accurate records, process documents, and provide backend support.
Handle data entry and database management.
Organize and maintain files, records, and documents.
Assist in report preparation, reconciliations, and audits.
Support the operations team in daily activities.
Communicate with internal teams for resolving data/document issues.
Education: Graduate / Higher Secondary with computer knowledge.
Skills:
Good typing & MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Experience: Fresher or 0–2 years of experience in administration, accounts, or banking support roles preferred.
