We are looking for a Back Office Assistant to join our operations team. The role involves handling administrative and data management tasks to support smooth functioning of daily business activities. The candidate will be responsible for record maintenance, data entry, documentation, and providing backend support to the front-office and management teams.
Perform data entry, verification, and record keeping.
Maintain and update customer/account files in compliance with company policies.
Prepare and manage MIS reports, reconciliation statements, and compliance records.
Assist in document verification and audit requirements.
Coordinate with front-office staff to resolve queries and discrepancies.
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely processing of all assigned tasks.
Minimum Graduate / 12th pass with relevant skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry tools.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Basic understanding of banking/finance operations is an added advantage.
