Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Internal Controls & Compliance

    • Support in designing, documenting, and maintaining Risk Control Matrices (RCMs) for key finance processes.

    • Ensure compliance with SOX, Companies Act, and other internal financial control regulations.

  • Testing & Review

    • Perform walkthroughs, control testing, and evaluation of financial reporting processes.

    • Identify gaps, weaknesses, and propose remediation measures.

    • Assist in management testing and external auditor reliance testing.

  • Process Improvement

    • Recommend automation or standardization to strengthen financial control environment.

    • Track closure of audit issues and monitor effectiveness of corrective actions.

  • Coordination

    • Work closely with finance, business units, auditors, and compliance teams.

    • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.

  • Governance & Reporting

    • Maintain updated documentation of processes and controls.

    • Support periodic certification, compliance reporting, and governance reviews.
