Support in designing, documenting, and maintaining Risk Control Matrices (RCMs) for key finance processes.
Ensure compliance with SOX, Companies Act, and other internal financial control regulations.
Testing & Review
Perform walkthroughs, control testing, and evaluation of financial reporting processes.
Identify gaps, weaknesses, and propose remediation measures.
Assist in management testing and external auditor reliance testing.
Process Improvement
Recommend automation or standardization to strengthen financial control environment.
Track closure of audit issues and monitor effectiveness of corrective actions.
Coordination
Work closely with finance, business units, auditors, and compliance teams.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
Governance & Reporting
Maintain updated documentation of processes and controls.
Support periodic certification, compliance reporting, and governance reviews.
