Program Leadership:
Lead complex, multi-disciplinary programs across R&D, manufacturing, quality, and regulatory teams.
Define program objectives, scope, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
Project Planning & Execution:
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Coordinate with engineering, operations, supply chain, clinical, and marketing teams.
Ensure design transfer from R&D to production and post-market support.
Technical & Quality Oversight:
Oversee design and development activities for new devices or systems.
Ensure compliance with Medtronic quality system regulations (QSR), ISO 13485, and FDA/CE guidelines.
Stakeholder Management:
Communicate regularly with senior management, customers, and internal stakeholders on program status, risks, and results.
Resource & Team Management:
Manage program resources, mentor project managers and engineers, and foster a high-performance culture.
May supervise a small team or lead matrixed resources across functions.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify process enhancements and promote best practices in program and portfolio management.
