Regulatory Compliance
Ensure readiness for audits and inspections from regulatory authorities such as FDA, EMA, CDSCO.
Review and approve QC documentation, reports, and regulatory submissions.
Team Leadership & Mentoring
Manage a team of QC scientists, analysts, and senior staff.
Mentor and develop talent within the QC team to ensure high performance and adherence to standards.
Method Development & Validation
Oversee analytical method development, validation, and transfer processes.
Ensure robustness, accuracy, and reproducibility of QC methods.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with R&D, Production, Technical Services, and QA teams to maintain product quality and regulatory compliance.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across departments.
Reporting & Documentation
Review and approve batch records, deviation reports, stability studies, and analytical reports.
Prepare periodic reports for senior management on QC performance and regulatory compliance.
