Coordinate the team and assign tasks efficiently.
Track shipments and ensure every parcel reaches the customer on time.

Prepare daily reports for the Team Lead and suggest improvements.
You act as the bridge between the delivery team and the management, making sure operations run smoothly.

Step 4: Prepare MIS / KPI reports for management
Step 5: Assist in training new team members
Step 6: Suggest improvements to optimize hub efficiency
