You (Assistant Team Lead): Manage operations at a hub/delivery center.
Team: Supervise delivery executives, allocate tasks, coach new staff.
Operations: Track shipments, resolve escalations, maintain SLAs, prepare MIS reports.
Customers: Ensure on-time pickups and deliveries, smooth experience.
Plan daily operations and task allocation
Monitor delivery progress and identify delays
Resolve operational or customer escalations
Prepare MIS & KPI reports for Team Lead/Hub Manager
Train and guide delivery staff
Assist in implementing process improvements
Overtime / Shift Allowances: Extra pay for extended or night shifts
