An Assistant Team Lead manages delivery center operations, supervises delivery staff, ensures timely parcel deliveries, and supports the Team Lead or Hub Manager in operational tasks.

Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations and manage delivery staff
Allocate tasks and monitor performance
Ensure on-time pickups and last-mile deliveries
Track shipments and resolve operational issues
Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports
Assist Team Lead in training and evaluation of team members
Requirements:
Graduate / Diploma preferred
1–3 years experience in logistics or operations
Strong communication and leadership skills
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, tracking tools, MIS reporting)
