An Assistant Team Lead supervises delivery center operations, manages a team of delivery executives, ensures on-time deliveries, and supports the Team Lead or Hub Manager in daily operational activities.

Location: Delivery Centers / Hubs (across India)
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations at delivery hubs
Allocate tasks to delivery executives and monitor performance
Ensure timely pickups and last-mile deliveries
Track shipment flow and resolve operational issues
Prepare daily/weekly MIS and reports
Support Team Lead in training and performance evaluation
Requirements:
Graduate / Diploma (preferred)
1–3 years of experience in logistics/operations
Strong leadership and communication skills
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, MIS reporting, tracking tools)
