The Assistant Team Lead ensures smooth delivery operations by supervising a team of delivery executives, resolving issues, and maintaining timely shipments at Delhivery hubs/centers.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day delivery operations
Supervise and guide delivery associates
Monitor shipment status and resolve delivery issues
Ensure on-time pickups & last-mile deliveries
Prepare and maintain MIS reports
Support Team Lead in training and reviews
Requirements:
Graduate / Diploma preferred
1–3 years in logistics/operations
Leadership & communication skills
Proficiency in MS Excel & reporting
Supervise delivery executives and assign tasks
Ensure SLA adherence for pickups and deliveries
Handle escalations & resolve operational challenges
Track performance metrics and prepare reports
Assist in team training and process improvement
