Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily delivery operations and assign tasks to executives
Ensure timely pickups and last-mile deliveries
Monitor performance, resolve escalations, and maintain SLAs
Prepare daily MIS / Excel reports on productivity and delays
Assist the Team Lead in training and performance evaluation
Eligibility
Graduate / Diploma (preferred)
1–3 years of logistics or operations experience
Strong communication and leadership skills
Knowledge of Excel and basic computer systems
