An Assistant Team Lead at Delhivery supervises daily delivery center operations, manages delivery executives, tracks shipments, and ensures customers receive their parcels on time.
Responsibilities:
Supervise delivery staff and allocate tasks
Ensure timely pickup and last-mile deliveries
Monitor parcel flow and resolve operational issues
Maintain productivity and service quality standards
Prepare daily MIS / Excel reports
Support senior leaders in training and performance reviews
Requirements:
Graduate / Diploma holder (preferred)
1–3 years of experience in logistics / operations
Good communication (English, Hindi, local language)
