Location: Across India (Delivery Centers / Hubs)
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day delivery operations at the hub/center
Allocate work to delivery executives and track their performance
Ensure on-time pickup & delivery of shipments
Handle escalations and resolve operational issues
Prepare reports on daily productivity, delays, and compliance
Support the Team Lead in training and supervising new recruits
Requirements:
Graduation / Diploma (preferred)
1β3 years of experience in logistics / operations / team handling
Strong communication and leadership skills
Knowledge of MS Excel, MIS reporting, and tracking tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team management & leadership

Time & resource management
Communication (English/Hindi/Local language)
