An Assistant Team Lead supports and manages day-to-day delivery center operations, supervises staff, and ensures parcels are delivered within timelines while maintaining service quality.
Oversee daily operations in hub / delivery center
Allocate tasks to field executives & monitor productivity
Ensure timely pickups and last-mile deliveries
Track shipment flow, resolve escalations
Train and guide new team members
Prepare daily/weekly performance reports
Team management & leadership ability
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Good communication (English, Hindi, local language)
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, tracking systems, MIS)
Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment
