Primary Objective:
Support the Sales Manager in overseeing daily showroom operations, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, and enhancing store profitability through effective team management and customer engagement.
Sales Leadership:
Assist in setting and achieving sales targets.
Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional sales techniques on the floor.
Train and motivate the sales team to enhance their skills and achieve sales goals.
Customer Engagement:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Maintain professional relationships with customers in-store and outside, designing retention strategies with regular customers.
Store Operations:
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
Monitor stock levels and place orders to maintain adequate inventory.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Team Collaboration:
Allocate sales associates to customers, ensuring professional attention.
Communicate customer experiences and feedback to the brand team to realign company strategies accordingly.
Experience:
3–5 years in retail jewelry or similar luxury retail roles.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in a business or related field preferred.
Skills:
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proven track record in people management, coaching, and customer development.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
