Job Description

Primary Objective:
Support the Sales Manager in overseeing daily showroom operations, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, and enhancing store profitability through effective team management and customer engagement.


📌 Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership:

    • Assist in setting and achieving sales targets.

    • Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional sales techniques on the floor.

    • Train and motivate the sales team to enhance their skills and achieve sales goals.

  • Customer Engagement:

    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

    • Maintain professional relationships with customers in-store and outside, designing retention strategies with regular customers.

  • Store Operations:

    • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.

    • Monitor stock levels and place orders to maintain adequate inventory.

    • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

  • Team Collaboration:

    • Allocate sales associates to customers, ensuring professional attention.

    • Communicate customer experiences and feedback to the brand team to realign company strategies accordingly.


🎓 Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience:

    • 3–5 years in retail jewelry or similar luxury retail roles.

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in a business or related field preferred.

  • Skills:

    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

    • Proven track record in people management, coaching, and customer development.

    • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

    • Proficiency in using sales software and tools.
