Job Description

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  1. Team Management

    • Supervise and guide junior staff (Executives, Associates, or Officers).

    • Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching.

  2. Operational Oversight

    • Manage daily departmental operations.

    • Monitor processes and ensure efficiency and productivity.

    • Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.

  3. Planning & Reporting

    • Assist managers in creating departmental plans and strategies.

    • Prepare regular reports on performance, KPIs, and budgets.

    • Track targets, milestones, and deadlines.

  4. Decision Support

    • Provide input for strategic decisions and departmental policies.

    • Handle escalations and make operational decisions within authority limits.

  5. Compliance & Documentation

    • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

    • Maintain proper documentation and records for audits or reviews.

  6. Stakeholder Coordination

    • Liaise with other departments (Finance, HR, Production, Sales, QA/QC) for smooth functioning.

    • Communicate updates to senior management.
