An Assistant provides administrative, operational, or departmental support to ensure smooth workflow within the organization. This role often involves handling documentation, coordinating tasks, managing schedules, and assisting senior staff.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents.
Maintain records and filing systems (physical and digital).
Assist managers or department heads in daily operations.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Support in project execution and follow-ups.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree preferred (varies by company/department).
Computer Skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, basic data management.
